We understand this can be stressful, and we’ll guide you through the best steps. Once an order has shipped, we can’t change the delivery address, but here’s what you can do:
1. Track Your Parcel
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your parcel’s status. Acting quickly gives you the best chance to redirect it.
2. Contact the Carrier
Reach out to the delivery company directly (DHL, DPD, GLS, PostNL, La Poste, Correos, Bpost). They may offer:
- Redirecting the parcel to a new address
- Holding it at a local depot for collection
Carrier contact details are in your tracking information or on their website.
3. Check the Delivery Location
If the incorrect address is nearby, consider visiting or contacting the location. Many parcels are held by neighbours or businesses when delivered incorrectly.
4. Use Carrier Tools
- DHL On Demand Delivery: Change delivery address or schedule.
- DPD Predict: Manage delivery options or collect from a Pickup Shop.
- GLS FlexDelivery: Adjust delivery preferences online.
5. Contact Our Customer Support
If the carrier cannot recover your parcel, please reach out to us. While we can’t guarantee a replacement for orders shipped to the wrong address, we’ll review options and do our best to assist.
